Remove sausage casing, crumble the sausage and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Add the heavy cream to the fried sausage crumbles. Reduce heat to low and toss until the cream is warm.

Finish with Pasta
Cook the pasta according to package directions. Then, drain.
¾ lb pasta
Add the drained pasta to the cream and sausage. Add grated Parmigiano Reggiano (2 Tbs or to taste) and black pepper to taste. Toss pasta with the sauce, then serve!
